Fernando Nasmyth

Fernando Nasmyth has held leadership positions in Legal Operations, Portfolio and Asset Management, and Capital Markets during his 40-year career with Aetna Life & Casualty, GE Real Estate, GE Capital Investment Advisors, SSR Realty Advisors, BlackRock Realty, and The Hanover Company.
He has served in a variety of executive leadership positions, including Senior Portfolio Manager and Managing Director. Fernando has been involved in over real estate transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $10 billion.
Fernando is a graduate of Cornell University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School. He has also successfully completed the Certificate Program for Alternative Dispute and Conflict Resolution at Abilene Christian University.
